NSMHA Commitment Policy Sign-Up
2010/2011


Each family must sign up for ten hours of volunteer duty. Should ten volunteer hours not be completed by September 15, 2010, the bond cheque of $200 will be cashed, less the pro-rated value of volunteer hours already worked ($20.00 per hour worked.)

Please select ten hours of volunteer time by selecting your 1st choice in the desired categories. Please choose 2nd and 3rd choices as well, in the event that all 1st choices are full.

If you want to select more than one shift per event, please specify as “2X” (to select 2 shifts… 3X to select 3 shifts…etc).

                                                                     Demo Derby
Concession: four-hour shift 1st, 2X (to indicate that your family would like to work 8 hours of volunteer time at the Demo Derby Concession).

Gate Entrance Supervison: two-hour shift 1st (to indicate that someone from your family would like to work the two-hour gate shift, for a total commitment of 10 hours for your family)

Team Assistant Manager: Equivalent to ten hours 2nd (to indicate 2nd choice if Demo Derby positions have been filled).

N.S. Fair Concession: two-hour shift 3rd, 2X
Leduc Rodeo Dance(1st weekend in May): 6 hour shift 3rd (to indicate that your family would be willing to work N.S. Fair Concession, and Leduc Rodeo Dance; if Demo Derby, and Asst. Managers positions of child/children’s teams have been filled)
